A: Only one video per Entrant is allowed.

Q: Does the format of the video matter?
A: We are going to list the acceptable formats for the video on the submit page.

Q: For the Auto Makeover, does the auto have to be titled to me?
A: Yes. You do have to be the lawful owner of the car/truck/motorcycle.

Q: If I win the AUTO MAKEOVER does The Junction provide a rental car while mine is being worked on?
A: No.

Q: If I win the AUTO MAKEOVER does The Junction provide a service to get my car/truck/motorcycle to Watertown, NY?
A: No. However, depending where your ride is we may offer some assistance.

Q: Can I mail a video to you?
A: Yes. We will accept videos any way you can get it to us. Upload it, mail it, or just walk it in.

Q: Can the HOME MAKEOVER furnishings be delivered anywhere in the world?
A: No. We will ship to any of the 48 contiguous states.
